If you have seasonal and/or environmental allergies, or sinus pain, especially if you are on antibiotics or going to have antibiotics for your conditions, this formula works very well for those kinds of conditions. The normal dose is two pills three times a day. If you have a severe condition, take three pills three times a day after food.
